Pamela Masters

National Director for Showtime USA and USA Camps & Tours

Miss Pam taught students in dance and music theater for the past 37 years and still has been directing Showtime for over 43 years. She is the National Director, choreographer, and owner of Miss Pam Productions, Inc. d/b/a Showtime U.S.A. and USA Camps & Tours.

Pam Masters is a high-energy and organized business leader who founded and has owned Miss Pam Productions, Inc. for 43 years, which includes Showtime USA and USA Camps and Tours. She started and grew entertainment companies, produced and directed musical productions, coached and managed dance and athletic teams, which provide consistency, commitment and teamwork by teaching thousands of children and young adults critical life skills, preparatory to their success in the workplace.

Pam’s entire professional career is in management and leadership roles, which began after graduating from Palatka High School. She prides herself on taking an idea from concept to creation and taking ownership of the process. She is a quick decision maker under pressure and trains her students and direct reports to act quickly and professionally. Pam has managed hundreds of professional events, including selection of the venues, staff, music, talent, activities, etc. Pam was the General Manager of The 7-time National Champions, The Jacksonville Giants ABA Basketball Team from 2015-2021. In this role she produced all simultaneous game operations, events with more than 8,000 people in attendance, including live television, radio, sponsorships, marketing, media, public relations and social media. She is known as the “go to” person who ensures attentiveness to all of the details for producing highly-engaging fan experiences that keep them returning year after year. Pam was the ABA General Manager of the Year for the 2015-2016, 2016-2017, and 2017-2018 seasons.

Pam thrives on creation and execution of events by understanding audience expectations and connecting all of the dots to bring together the most amazing entertainment experience. To quote Joseph Miller, Vice President of the Jacksonville Giants, “Pam has stick-to-itiveness, drive, and initiative that you can be sure whatever she says, whatever she does, and whatever she promises will occur. You will never have to repeat yourself, get involved, or lose sleep over any detail. If it is her job, consider it done.”

Alliah Hardee

Alliah Hardee has been dancing for 18 years and began teaching dance at Showtime at age 16 as both an assistant and class teacher. She is a graduate of Showtime USA and an alumni member. Along with being a member of the Jacksonville Giants Jewels Dance Team and the dunking dancers acrobatic troupe, Miss Alliah also coached the Jacksonville Gems and Jewels dance teams for the Jacksonville Giants basketball team with Miss Pam. Alliah has trained with many choreographers such as Pamela Masters, Nappy Tabs, Julie Johnson, Shandon Kolberg, Oscar, and more. She has performed at many venues including half-time for the NBA Orlando Magic, Disney World Orlando, Busch Gardens, Six Flags, Universal Studios Orlando, Carowinds, and The Alabama Theater. Adding to her accomplishments, Alliah also danced for the NBA’s Orlando Magic 407 professional dance team.  The ever-talented Alliah is a student at University of Central Florida and is seeking a degree in medical sales.

Alliah is the grand-daughter of Miss Pam.
