September 24th,
Saturday, Company and La’DeeZ Only workshops as follows: (Cost
is $50.00)

October 15th,
Saturday, Orange Park Festival for all cast members @ 12:00 noon.
Be there at 11:15 a.m. Orange Park Town Hall on corner of HWY 17 and
Kingsley Avenue. Parking is not easy so plan accordingly.
October 22nd,
Saturday, Sr. and Jr. Ambassador “hang out” at Miss Pam’s house @
8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Bring a snack to share. You can bring a friend
too.
October 24th,
Monday, YES! We have our
regularly scheduled Showtime classes even though there is no school that
day.
November 12th,
Saturday, San Sebastian Catholic Church Carnival show for all cast
members at 12:00 noon. Be there at 11:30 a.m. San Sebastian is located on
State Road 16.
November 12th,
Saturday, Jacksonville Fair show for all cast members at 5:00 p.m.
Be there at 3:45 p.m. for performers to receive free admission before 4:00
p.m. Stage is located by animal exhibits. Back stage parents receive comp
tickets.
Note: Must
be available to do both shows on Saturday, November 12th, because
we do not have time to re-stage cast members in between shows. THANK YOU!.
November 18th,
Friday, Jr. and Sr. Ambassador “hang out” at Miss Pam’s house @ 8:00
p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Bring a snack to share. You can bring a friend too.
November 19th,
Saturday, optional Jade
workshop for Senior Ambassadors and
8th
graders at 9:00 a.m. Cost is $25.00.
November 19th,
Saturday, Nights of Lights Celebration for all cast members @ 4:00
p.m. at the Downtown Plaza. Be there at 3:15 p.m. Bring a lawn chair for
parent seating. Parking is difficult so plan accordingly. THIS IS A BIG
SHOW!
November 21st
and 22nd, Monday/Tuesday, Orlando Magic ticket money due
for all Ambassadors and Main Street Express in the amount of $20.00. (game
in January).
December 7th,
Wednesday, Lighthouse Luminaries for Showtime vocalists. Time to be
announced.
December 9th,
Friday,
Main Street, Jr. and Sr. Ambassador “hang out” at Miss Pam’s
house @ 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Bring a snack to share. You can bring a
friend too.
December 3rd,
Saturday, Christmas Parade (still considering…will update you as we
get closer). Need a float!
December 10th,
Saturday, Jacksonville Landing Christmas show for all cast members.
Time to be announced.
December 11th,
Sunday, Pilot Luminaries vocalists show at Lighthouse Museum. Time
to be announced.
December 12th,
Monday, Christmas caroling to nursing homes for all cast members at
5:00 p.m. Meet at studio at 4:30 p.m.
Bring $5.00 for pizza party. Walking to nursing homes behind
studio. Wear your red, white, blue Showtime
top. Can also wear Santa hats or other Christmas hats. Parent support is
appreciated. Miss Pam will provide drinks and paper products. Parent pick
up at 6:45 p.m.
December 13th,

Tuesday, ABA parent game tickets due in the amount of $12.00.December
17th, Saturday, ABA Giant’s Game halftime performance for
all cast members. Time to be announced. Cast members are free. Parents are
$12.00. Back stage parents receive comp tickets. You will receive your
game tickets at the halftime rehearsal before the game.
