About Miss Pam

Miss Pam (pictured with Showtime Mommy, Nikki Chard) teaches students in dance and music theater and has been for the past 32 years. She is the director, choreographer, and owner of Showtime U.S.A. Saint Augustine (a singing and dancing performing group). Miss Pam is also the General Manager of the 4-ABA National Champions The Jacksonville Giants and Dance Team Coach for the Jacksonville Jewels, the Official Dance Team of the Jacksonville Giants.  Pam is the ABA General Manager of the Year for the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 seasons.

She also coaches the Jacksonville Gems, the high school aged Junior Dance Team of the Jacksonville Giants, as well as being the “Dazzlers” Dance Team Coach at GRMS.  Miss Pam has also coached the Lady Jam dance team for the ABA basketball team the “Jacksonville Jam”.  She was also the Dance and Chorus Director at Menendez High School, the Menendez Marquee Show Choir Director and the MHS Magic and SAHS Jaquettes Dance Teams Coach.

Miss Pam has also been the Dance Director at St. Augustine High School and has taught music programs at James A. Long Elementary, R. B. Hunt Elementary, Beasley Middle School, and Cathedral Parish School.  She has also choreographed for special events at Pedro Menendez High School and has been a cheerleading coach at St. Joseph’s Academy.

Along with directing eight years of a Performing Arts Camp and producing thirteen casts in “Scrooge…A Christmas Carol”, Miss Pam has led her casts in performing in such places as the NBA Orlando Magic halftime, South Street Seaport (New York City), Walt Disney World (Orlando), International Dance Festival (Idaho), Universal Studios (Orlando), Carowinds Theme  Park in North Carolina, Olympic Centennial Park (Atlanta), Wild Adventures, Piccolo Spoleto Arts Festival (Charleston), Opryland U.S.A. (Nashville), Alabama Theatre (Myrtle Beach), Broadway at the Beach, Epcot Center, WTLV Channel 12,  Busch Gardens, MDA Telethon, WNFT Channel 47, Underground Atlanta, Six Flags Over Georgia, and many community and charity functions.

About Miss Alliah

Alliah has been dancing for 16 years and began teaching dance at Showtime this past year as both an assistant and class teacher. She is a recent graduate of Showtime USA and is one of the newest members of the Showtime USA Alumni.  Alliah has trained with many choreographers such as Pamela Masters, Nappy Tabs, Julie Johnson, Shandon Kolberg, Oscar, and more. She has performed at many venues including half-time for the NBA Orlando Magic, Disney World Orlando, Busche Gardens, Six Flags, Universal Studios Orlando, Carowinds, and The Alabama Theater.  Alliah is a current member of the Jacksonville Giants Jewels Dance Team having previously dance as a Jacksonville Giants Gems Dancer, from 2011-2016 and was a member of the Jacksonville Giants Dunking Dancers for three years.

Alliah is the grand-daughter of Miss Pam and Mr. Matt.

Alanna Hurlbert

Alanna Hurlbert is a young professional currently working as an Event Coordinator at the JAX Chamber.  She began dancing when she was 3 years old.  Her training has included Foxworth Talent Theatre, A Chance to Dance, Bravo School of Dance and Theatre and FSCJ’s Dance Repertory Company, danceWORKS, where she received the title as Student Manager of the dance company.  She has also taken many master classes and competed in multiple local dance competitions in Jacksonville, Florida.

Alanna has completed her A.A. and is currently paying her way through college in hopes to receive a Bachelors in Communications and minor in Dance.

Ka’Dee Carter is the wife of Wayde Carter and the mother to two beautiful children. She has been an instructor with Showtime USA since 2008. She has worked with the Jacksonville Giants professional ABA Basketball team as the director of public relations. She was the assistant Coach for the Jacksonville Gems and Jacksonville Jewels dance teams from 2010-2016. She has been performing since the age of 3 and has been seen performing at many places including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Dollywood, and many many others. She has taken classes with many Choreographers including Miss Pamela Masters, NappyTabs, Darrin Henson, Dave Scott, Shandon Kolberg, John Peters and many others. All of this came from a life of performing with Showtime USA! Are you ready for the Showtime Experience?

Michelle Woods

Dance Teacher


Michelle danced for Showtime USA  from ages 3 until 17 and is a member of the Showtime USA Alumni.  She also danced for the Gamble Rogers Dazzlers and Pedro Menendez Magic Dance Teams.

She has been a member of the Jacksonville Giants’ Jewels Dance Team and a member of the Jacksonville Sharks’ Attack Dance Team and  has attended dance conventions with Pro-Dance and Pro-Action.

Michelle is also a realtor at Ancient City Real Estate.

Paris Cagle

Assitant Teacher


Paris has been dancing for 7 years.  Her love for dance began in 2011 as a Gamble Rogers Dazzler and Showtime USA.  Paris has been blessed to trained with many talented choreographers such as Pamela Masters, John Peters, Julie Johnson, Shandon Kolberg, Oscar, and more. She has performed at many venues including: St Augustine’s famous Night of Lights, Orlando Magic NBA half-time show, Six Flags, Stone Mountain, Carowinds and many more.  Paul Newman’s Boggy Creek Camp was one of her favorite places to perform.

Paris feels that preforming is sharing her love of dance to an audience and trying to bring joy to them through her entertainment. Paris has been dance officer to dance team captains of several dance teams, as well as being an officer in Best Buddies organization.  Best Buddies helps connect friendships with IDD students (intellectual and developmental disabilities) and typical school students.  Paris and her buddy Melodi were chosen as the buddy pair of the year in 2017 and did numerous speaking engagements spreading the word and raising money for Best Buddies

Paris cheered for Pedro Menendez High School where her team achieved the school’s first ever Regional Championship followed by a Florida State Runner Up placement at the FHSAA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP.  While in high school Paris danced in the International Baccalaureate dance program all 4 years.

Paris is a current member of the Jacksonville Giants Jewels Dance Team having previously dance as a Jacksonville Giants Gems Dancer, from 2014-2017 and was a member of the Jacksonville Giants Dunking Dancers for three years.

Matt Masters

Business Manager, Sound & Audio Technician


Mr. Matt is the Business Manager and Sound Technician for Showtime USA.  Mr. Matt mixes the music for Showtime and runs the sound at all of the shows.
